Open MRS Implementation

A custom web application to enable clinics to collect data and submit forms using the OpenMRS data model to be interoperable with regional public health initiatives

what I did

• implementated of an OpenMRS instance to support reporting application
• designed and adapted custom forms to enable capture of intended reports
• evaluated different options including using a full OpenMRS instance, a custom simple reporting application, and hybrid options
• created specifications for hardware requirements of reporting infrastructure
